But who says you have to burn yourself off and take days to recover? As oppose to aerobic exercise, you can keep to moderate exercise by walking your way to health.

This app is design to help you monitor your walk pattern and routes. make sure the app is atleast running in the background all day long and at night before you go to bed, you can check the summary of your movement. you dont need to plan it, just do it.

Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Endeavour to always charge your device when you can.
